Roadmap & Features

Roadmap is subject to change as per requirements and trends in the industry. We will keep it updated the best we can for our users to get clarity.

The Ribbit roadmap is designed to take the product from a basic multi-chain wallet to a full-scale financial app that supports real-world payments, DeFi, asset management, and compliance. In Phase 1, we focus on building the core wallet with support for major chains, staking, token swapping, loyalty rewards, indices, and an in-app browser. We also launch community and communication channels like Discord and Twitter, and set up the admin tools to manage users and activity. Phase 2 expands the product with advanced features such as a portfolio tracker, NFT support, AI-powered trading bots, wallet APIs, and a Chrome extension. It also includes the legal setup for Ribbit Pay in key jurisdictions. In Phase 3, we introduce fiat features like buying and selling crypto, KYC onboarding, and Stripe integration to support on-ramps and off-ramps. In Phase 4, we add virtual and physical card issuance using Stripe and expand multichain support further. Phase 5 and beyond will include utility-based features such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other lifestyle services. This roadmap gives a clear path forward but is flexible and subject to change based on market feedback, user needs, and regulatory developments.
